We are looking for a Administrative Professional to join our growing brokerage. If you are a motivated, outgoing individual with strong organizational skills, we would love to hear from you. You will be joining a brokerage committed to excellence with over 35 years in the industry and a reputation for great customer service.
Full time position available, responsibilities will include assisting clients and provide a high quality of customer service to all clients. Your services will require that you are available to communicate and direct clients between 9:00am and 5:00pm during normal business week. To maintain a fully stocked and well-organized reception area. To assist with small projects as required by other administrative support Team. Above average interpersonal, oral and written communication skills is required. Previous experience in reception is considered as asset. Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, work under pressure and meet deadlines. Highly organized and detail focused.
