We are looking for a Administrative Professional and 2 Personal Lines Account Managers to join our growing brokerage. If you are a motivated, outgoing individual with strong organizational skills and have a current RIBO License, we would love to hear from you. You will be joining a brokerage committed to excellence with over 35 years in the insurance industry and a reputation for great customer service.
Full time position available, responsibilities will include assisting clients and provide a high quality of customer service to all clients. Your services will require that you are available to communicate and direct clients between 9:00am and 5:00pm during normal business week. To maintain a fully stocked and well-organized reception area. To assist with small projects as required by other administrative support Team. Above average interpersonal, oral and written communication skills is required. Previous experience in reception is considered as asset. Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, work under pressure and meet deadlines. Highly organized and detail focused.
Personal Lines Account Manager:
- You will be assigned a book of business to manage and grow through recommending increased or additional coverages as well as new sales
- Provide expert advice and respond to all service related inquires.
- Review renewals and discuss with clients.
